Story Updates

A compilation of this month’s recent story news. Of course, our stories are everchanging, which means that this post will be updated when necessary. Check back once in a while to see what’s new.

Poogue Master
- (4/11/08) As you may have noticed already, Poogue: A Biography comes back again as a page. It is now void of all names, for safety concerns. Moreover, more information has been added (of course, it will still be updated now and again). The list of Poogue members at the very bottom is everchanging and will be updated when necessary (activity levels too).

Additionally, The Tale of Michael has all its information on its page. Also in the top paragraph is a group of links concerning Daily Words. I encourage everybody to use daily words in their stories (Daily Buzz words, too).

- (4/18/08) As have been stated in the comments, I am very busy now, what with a promotion, a meet tomorrow, and the bulk of [three] projects. Sorry for the delay of Daily Words; I’ll get to it once I have time.

- (4/27/08) Episode 11 has now been released. Additionally, if you haven’t noticed, I have made minor changes to some of the earlier episodes, so as to incorporate more Daily Words. Speaking of which, hopefully the Daily Words will be back on track. (Don’t expect me to be on daily, though, for reasons stated previously. :) )

Poogue Bob

- (4/11/08) Though not having a story yet, rumors say that this author is cooking up an epic novel. Can that be true?

The Tale of Michael Update

“The Tale of Michael” has been moved to a page (see the sidebar on the right hand side) instead of regular posts. In this way, we can save up front page space because the old way of releasing episodes cluttered up the other posts (the episodes were very long and took up a lot of space). Episode 4 has been released.

If you have trouble finding the page, click here.

On a side note, our comments have equaled our post number, and our 1000th hit occurred a while ago. More milestones…

Poogue Update!

Sorry I haven’t been on for a long time; I was busy doing Poogue stuff. Anyways, the school year has started and we have a new Poogue member, Om! Also, Prabhu, Michael, Tony, Matthew, Jared, and Bayar are working to help Poogue. Thanks everyone!
We also have a Poogue Tournament going on for the WCI Poogue members. There are 8 contestants, and each one will be facing off against another using only the items that they created. The winner of the tournament will be placed in a spot for the Poogue Commitee.
Ranks have also begun! The ranks for Poogue members right now are (from lowest to greatest): Member, Valued Member, Page, and Poogue Commitee. A valued member is a person has has done something for Poogue right now or in the past. If there is a great deal of work done by that member, they are promoted to the page level. Finally, there are four spots in the Poogue Commitee (one spot for the winner of the tournament), who do many important decisions for Poogue. The people that are promoted to the page level are Prabhu, Max, and David. People that have been
promoted (or are) a valued member are Matthew, Tony, Cameron, Grant, Peter, Bayar, and Om.
Note to David: Poogue members will finally be viewing the website! Please leave it open for this night. Thank you.
