Some word questions:

1) What's the shortest word you can find that contains all of the five vowels (a, e, i, o, u)? Hint (maybe): It contains 7 letters.

2) Also, there is a name of an African-American slave during the 1790's whose name also ties with the answer to question 1. Fill in his name.

_ Q _ _ _ N _

3) What is the longest word you can find that contains none of the five vowels (a, e, i, o, u)? Hint: The word is allowed to contain the letter y.

Mr. Childers, eh? What topic are you covering now?

2) No, once again. If you look at the side of a dime you can also see bumps/ridges.

And erm...my answers to your questions:
1) They use ice packs (WAY too literal; but, I would have no idea anyways...)
2) Is it a blue whale? (Maybe...)

Oh, and check <a href="http://blog.xiesland.net/?p=74#comment-2079">here</a>.

Here are two riddles for you if you want to post it on the blog, Poogue Master.

How do basketball players stay cool during the game?

This is actually a trivia question:

What is the largest creature in the world?

Hint: This is a real thing

Thanks for correcting my answers Poogue Master.

My science teacher is Mr. Childers.

For number two I would second guess a dime. I have no idea how many constellations there are in the list. Can you tell me how to officially be a part of poogle? Thanks.

PoogueWee: I'll try to contact the administrators about that.

Kelly:
1) Correct
2) Nope, it contradicts to the "no ridges" as a penny has ridges on its edges.
3) Sure... (*_*)
4) More than that.
5) Correct. Who is your science teacher?

I'm not sure if I should be answering these but I think I know the answers to the astronomy and riddle section. Here are my answers:

1.Probably the same weight
2.A penny
3.Positively Yes!
4.Four. (casseopia, corona borealis, cygnus, and lyra)
5.I just learned this a couple weeks ago. Earthshine.

6) Hehe... Paradoxes are <del datetime="2007-12-26T09:10:35+00:00">not</del> fun...
7) Correct! (the other method uses BELL)
8) Correct! (e.g. Monty Hall Problem [I was going to add a link, but wiki couldn't connect at the time])
